Does anyone here have a kick ass marzen-type recipe (partial mash)? I've been digging around but want something that someone has made and can testify to greatness.
Not my recipe, but I can testify to the fact that Norther Brewer's Oktoberfest partial mash is fantastic. Probably one of the best beers I've ever made. Do you intend to lager it or are you wanting to make a pseudo-lager?
