Argh. Where are you getting Bramling Cross? That's one that I've been trying to find for a while now. I'm fascinated by the profile and am eager to give it a try but can't find it anywhere.

2 lb 14 oz Warrior
1 lb Amarillo
1 lb Simcoe
1 lb Columbus
14 oz Centennial
10 oz Willamette
8 oz EKG
6 oz Fuggles
6 oz Hersbrucker
4 oz Northerm Brewer
4 oz Chinook

4 oz of mystery hops. One of my friends must have bagged them while we were brewing and didn't label them.
