Default Odd Ingredients

Has anyone ever gone through The Hombrewers Garden and used all of the "odd ingredients" there? Im gonna use bee balm and a few others this summer. Will be my first deviation from the norm. Had success with stuff from here?

We're drinking a batch now that used both lemon peel and juniper berry. http://www.singingboysbrewing.com/Wunjo.html I like Homebrewers Garden very much, lots of good ideas!
