Default Oatmeal Chocolate..... something?

Good Afternoon!

I'm gearing up for my second AG brew tomorrow and have thrown a recipe together based on what I have in stock. Wouldn't mind some feedback on it in case the taste is going to be way wrong or something. I'm looking for a nice and rich flavour with a nice chewy mouth feel. I have lots more of everything but carastan and 2-row in stock if anything needs a boost.

Batch: 5G
Est OG: 1.054
Est SRM: 36.0
Est IBU: 45.1

10.0 lbs Pale Malt(2-row)
1.00 lbs Chocolate Malt
1.00 lbs Flaked Oats
1.00 lbs Carastan Malt
0.50 lbs Roasted Barley

1.00 oz Northern Brewer @ 60min
0.50 oz Fuggle @ 60min
0.30 oz Licorice Root @ 60min

Mash 152F 60min
Batch Sparge 170F 15min

Racking directly onto the yeast cake of a brown porter.

I'm thinking I should boost the roasted barley to 1 lbs but that may just be my desire for symmetry talking. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Brad
