It's very good. I've been suprised at the succsess of all the SMaSH recipes I've done.

I haven't done any oaked beers yet and this one is simple enough so that the oak should really come through. Not only that, I'm looking for something to pitch on today's English Ale yeast cake. I'll have to see if my HBS has any oak. Thanks, Orph.
