Default Nuts and Bolts Hefe

Hello all!

Just throwing together a quick, cheap and easy first brew to do with my friend coming into town tonight. All ingredients I had lying around, and figured I would use. The whole recipe cost me about $15, since I got the Coopers in a Craigslist deal (ended up getting $250 worth of ingredients and flip tops for $60). The hops are leftovers from a batch of BM's Centennial Blonde.

1 can (1.5kg) Coopers Wheat (Pre-hopped)
2.2 lbs of Light DME
1/2 ounce Bitter Orange Peel (15 mins)
1/2 ounce ground coriander seed (15 mins)
1/4 ounce Cascade (15 mins)
1/4 ounce Centennial (15 mins)
1 packet Danstar wheat yeast

I was think of boiling the DME for 60 minutes, adding the orange peel, coriander and hops at 15 minutes, then adding the pre-hopped Coopers at flame out. Will this still end up being too hoppy?

Any and all suggestions and tweaks are welcome! Kind of going for a Blue Moon-y type clone, but it is not essential I hit it on the head.

I just made a similar (and by that I mean orange wheat) beer, and I just threw the orange jest in the primary, and then carried it over to the secondary. It has a subtle orange flavor to it. I guess what im trying to say is, why not throw the orange and coriander into the bucket and let the magic happen.
As for your hops, that is about what i used (i think i used another 1/4oz cascade) and the world didnt end.
Hope it turns out amazing.

Just tried a hydro sample of this. After a week in primary and it tastes great!
