Default Not A Oktoberfest

First draft is below. Trying to use up some bulk grain buy 2-row, that's why no pilsner and don't have lager fridge yet.

Needing some honest harsh opinions ::
Will this come out as a quaffable brew for playing BlackOps2 or sewer water?

BEER SMITH FILE

5 lbs Pale Ale 2row
3 lbs Munich Malt
3 lbs Vienna Malt
8 ounce Aromatic
8 ounce Flaked Barley
1 ounce Hallertauer 60 minutes
1 ounce Hallertauer 15 minutes
California Laber Wyeast 2112

3 weeks primary at 64 degrees
4 weeks 2ndary at 64 degrees

Pretty heavy on the Munich/Vienna without a lot of counter for body. Don't know that I wouldn't increase your flaked barley a bit if you have it around. WY2112 is very forgiving, so 64deg should be no problem.

Depends on what OG you want to shoot for. The 1 lb of FB sounds about right, the additional 2 row would also be fine, but personal preference is King!
