Default Noobie Wee Heavy Grain Bill and Hops

I love a good wee heavy, and I want to get rid of a left over specialty grains that I have laying around. I've kind of dumped a little bit of everything in this. Keep in mind that this is a 3.5 gallon recipe. My main question: will this be too much grain for a 3.5 gallon batch? Also, should I think about adding anything? I am thinking about aging this on some oak cubes... good idea or no?

5 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) 57.5 %
8.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) 5.7 %
8.0 oz Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) 5.7 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) 5.7 %
3.2 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) 2.3 %
1 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) 11.5 %
4.0 oz Peat Smoked Malt (2.8 SRM) 2.9 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) 5.7 %
4.0 oz Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM) 2.9 %

0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.25 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 15 min
0.75 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min

IBU's: 30
Est OG: 1.064
Est Color: 27

[Edit] Any advice on a yeast selection?

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Malt bill seems busy but I know your cleaning up. Smokey and sweet seem just fine for wee heavy. I'd push the 5 and the 15 min additions back to keep hop flavor and aroma to a min if your going for style, oaking isn't typical but maybe interesting.

Interested in how this turns out.
