Default New Years Ale

Hello everyone, I know its thanksgiving week and very late for this but I was wondering if there is a winter beer that can be started this weekend and be ready for new years, I pretty much know christmas is out of the question. If any guys have brewed something like this this late in the year please let me know, thanks.

If you did something now... like a Hefe with spice... and could pressure carb it using a keg or something similar... xmas is doable.
