hello, have you ever seen a New Holland The Poet clone?
I am a big fan and if you could point me in the right direction I would
appreciate it.
Thank you

I haven't seen it but I know someone has it! I'll keep an eye out for ya since I'm local.
I'm looking to get one for Night Tripper - Imperial Stout If you happen to run into someone that has a clone like it, please feel free to PM or email me. Good to see another good beer looking to be cloned. The Poet was and is right up there with some of my favorite locals.

No clone here but that is an outstanding beer. Had it on tap a few months ago and it blew me away.

Our local brewing club meets at New Holland's brewing facility once a month (http://brewersonthelake.blogspot.com/). Jacob, their brewer, usually hangs out with us for a while and takes people back to the fermentation room to get yeast off of their conicals. I could probe for some Poet/Night Tripper clone tips, OR better yet you could join us at the next meeting and ask him yourself!

How close did this recipe come to the real thing? I love Dragon's Milk and want to brew a clone of it. I also love Night Tripper.
