Recipes 

So I'm trying to create a recipe for a neopolitan stout. Think ice cream, vanilla chocolate and strawberry.

I plan on using frozen strawberries in secondary to get the berry flavor but I'm struggling coming up with the entire recipe.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Brew a sweet chocolate stout, secondary on strawberries and add vanilla extract at bottling.

Thanks for the recipe, I'm limited with my equipment down at the store so I'm going to have to bump it down to partial. Any suggestions on the partial recipe or just substitute accordingly?

Also any I've never used vanilla extract, does it come through better than vanilla beans?
