Default Neo-Classic American Pilsner

New recipe:

Neo-Classic American Pilsner

20 pounds 2-row
6 pounds flaked maize
1 pound melanoidin malt
1 pound acid malt

Centennial pellets 46 grams @ 60 minutes, 20 grams @ 20, 10, 5 and 0

Wyeast 2633 Octoberfest

15 gallons
mashed at 152
1.050
30.5 IBUs

In the conical being happy.

Yep. They are what I had and aren't traditional. I also used 2-row for the same reason. The melanoidin malt is an experiment, the acid malt a PH adjustment thing.
