Nelson Sauvin SMaSH IPA?

Just ordered 10 ounces of nelson sauvin pellet hops for a SMaSH IPA. I plan on mashing very low and doing a 60-90 min boil

which malt should I use?

what should be my hop schedule?

I'm open to suggestions...

i bet vienna would work well with Nelson

it's a very potent hop so use with some restraint

never used vienna before...how does it compare to maris otter?

what about weyermanns light munich...would that work well in a citrusy SMaSH APA/IPA?

this site has them in stock as well but they are limiting orders to 6oz per customer

Awesome. Just picked up 3/4 lb of NS from Steinbarts - my go-to place when I'm in Portland.

Between my stockpile of Amarillo, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin, I'm set for a summer of hoppiness.
