I need a good all-grain Kölsch recipe that is an excellent example of this style. This will be for a party I'm having in late Sept.
And if anyone has any input (temps, time, ingredients, etc.) on making this style, please do post Thanks!

Do an internet search for Pacman's Black Widow Kolsch, very tasty, apparently won a few awards.

Jamil Zainasheff recently did a pod cast on Kölsch on The Brewing Network. It was very informative and inspired me to brew one.
His basic recipe is 90% German Pilsner and either 10% Wheat or 5% Wheat and 5% Munich.
