Default Need a Teton Ale Recipe

I'm wondering if anyone out there has a good Teton Ale recipe. There website gives you the malts, hops, and OG, but nothing on proportions. Being the smart brewers alot of you are, I figure some one here has or can help me get close. The ingrediants are as followed

Malts: Idaho 2-Row Pale, German CaraAmber, CaraAroma

Hops: U.K. Goldings, WIllamette, Czech Saaz, German Harsduucher

OG: 1.053

IBU: 24

Sorry German Hersbrucker. And I have another question, should this be an AG, or do you think I could do a partial mash with a pale extract?
