Default looking for a good hef

I am looking for a recipe for a hef similar to like a shiner hef or maybe even a blue moon. I am an intermediate brewer and I keg my brew instead of bottling any good suggestions? I would probably do extract because its easier and I don't have the full equipment for full grain yet either. Any help?

I just brewed this version of MOM's Hefeweizen... Pitched big with pacman, and it totally fermented out in 5 days... tasted it tonight.. DELICIOUS!! I think I'll keg tomorrow! I guess i could pitch smaller and get more of the fruity esters, but it's OK, like a clean american Hefe (Widmere ish)
