I just brewed this version of MOM's Hefeweizen... Pitched big with pacman, and it totally fermented out in 5 days... tasted it tonight.. DELICIOUS!! I think I'll keg tomorrow! I guess i could pitch smaller and get more of the fruity esters, but it's OK, like a clean american Hefe (Widmere ish)
