Hey guys,
I'm planning on this
GumballHead Clone, but when I plug the grain bill into BeerSmith, I get an OG in the neighborhood of 1.068, 16 points higher than projected by the recipe. I've been getting +/- 75% efficiency, which is loaded into BeerSmith, which gives my my anticipated OG.
So do I reduce the grain bill to compensate for my seemingly higher efficiency? Do I take a pre-boil SG reading and simply make more beer? (That would be awful, eh?

) Or what?
Let me know, guys, brew day is this weekend!
