Default Need to scale down the grain?

Hey guys,
I'm planning on this GumballHead Clone, but when I plug the grain bill into BeerSmith, I get an OG in the neighborhood of 1.068, 16 points higher than projected by the recipe. I've been getting +/- 75% efficiency, which is loaded into BeerSmith, which gives my my anticipated OG.

So do I reduce the grain bill to compensate for my seemingly higher efficiency? Do I take a pre-boil SG reading and simply make more beer? (That would be awful, eh? ) Or what?

Let me know, guys, brew day is this weekend!

How much grain do you need to hit an O.G. of 1.052? For me it's going to be about 9 pounds. Percentage wise the recipe breaksdown like this:

50% Wheat
42% Pale
8% Caravienne

So for me it's going to be:

4.5# Wheat
3.78# Pale
.72# CaraVienna

A closer look at the recipe reveals that it's for a 6-gallon batch. I think I'll leave it at 6 and use the extra grain. With 75% efficiency that'll still leave me at 1.057 but that's within my comfort zone.

6 gallons: I was going to point that out. Nice thing about a wheat, you can put the extra in 2L bottles and drink them early.
