Need a Recipe that uses Tettnanger
|

I have like 16 oz of Tettnang but no recipes I want to use this stuff up
I'm looking for something that is not a lager.
any Idea folks

I've used Tettnang in one of my brews:
Edwort's Kolsch
It's technically an ale, but from my first taste of it (just bottled a couple days ago), it really tastes like a lager.

I suppose they'd go pretty well in an American Blonde, Hefe or a Belgian Wit (instead of Saaz).

I use Tett all the time. It's a German noble hop, so it's pretty versatile in mildly hopped brews.
