Default Need recipe help!

http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/nb-american-amber-ale-ag-72931/

Im trying to salvage an American Amber Ale that was sent with the wrong ingredients. How does this look? The 2 row and 20L came premixed with the kits. The 60L and roasted barley are my attempt to make the color somewhat red, with what ingredients are available, how does this look?? I want to brew this afternoon if I can. Thanks!

Batch Size: 12.00 gal
Boil Size: 16.23 gal
Estimated OG: 1.048 SG
Estimated Color: 10.7 SRM
Estimated IBU: 46.4 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amount Item Type % or IBU
18.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 84.71 %
2.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 9.41 %
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 4.71 %
0.25 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 1.18 %
4.00 oz Cascade [6.30 %] (60 min) Hops 41.3 IBU
2.00 oz Cascade [6.30 %] (15 min) Hops 5.1 IBU
2 Pkgs Safe-ale-05 Yeast-Ale

Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
Total Grain Weight: 21.25 lb
----------------------------
Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
Step Time Name Description Step Temp
60 min Mash In Add 26.56 qt of water at 165.9 F 154.0 F

I may be able to get some other grains from a distant hbs, but their inventory is limited.

Or I could do this, I don't know if this is to much 60L or not, but it has a nice red color in beersmith.

16.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 74.42 %
3.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 16.28 %
2.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 9.30 %
4.00 oz Cascade [6.30 %] (60 min) Hops 41.2 IBU
2.00 oz Cascade [6.30 %] (15 min) Hops 5.1 IBU
2 Pkgs Safe-ale-05 Yeast-Ale

Take it easy on the crystal malts unless you want a really sweet beer. 1st recipe is not bad. I take it you have no C-120 or Chocolate? Roasted barley is OK if not...

Disregard that, that was a foolish person who posted while I wasn't in the room.

I like the first recipe more than the second.
