Default Need Opinions on today's brew

Okie I'm doing a White

Steeping Flaked Wheat
and 3.3lbs of LWE
2lbs Honey
8oz Belgian candi sugar
Anticipated OG 1.049

Is this going to be too thin? Should I add some Malto dextrin to it? It should ferment down to about 1.008 or so.

I'm no expert but yes, it does look thin. I would suggest using DME but is seems you already have the LME ready to go. The malto should thicken things up a bit, but still it seems light. I say go for it!

What hops?
