I have several ounces (6 ounces) EK Goldings hops and am looking for the to utilize them. I have made a Northern Brown Ale.

If a recipe looks good, but uses hops other than EKG, then change the hops to EKG using the AA% to calculate the weight of EKG for the bittering hops.
Why waste the EKG bittering? Get some neutral high-alpha for that, like Target.
I'd use the EKG to finish as many gallons of Bitter or ESB as I could!
