I think this one is pretty good. Easy too:

9lbs. 2-Row
1.5lbs Caramel/Crystal 55L
1oz. Roasted Barley

Mash @ 154

1.5oz. Fuggles @ 60mins.

Whole leaf hops

WYeast #1084 - Irish Ale
