Default My name is IRL -India Red Lager

So, I just finished an excellent (if I do say so myself) Czech Pils that I did with Wyeast 2001 Budvar yeast. The profile is very balanced between hops and malt. I also just got Radical Brewing (great book!) and was intrigued by the India Red Ale recipe. I have had IRAs before and really love them, especially Double Mountain IRA. Anyway, in order to be even more "Radical" I am going to do the recipe with the Budvar yeast.

I am expecting the following:

1) The beer will not be fruity.
2) The hops may be somewhat muted due to lagering?
3) I plan to dry hop and assume that I want to dry hop towards the end of lagering (last 10 days or so) to keep as much hop aroma as possible?

Any suggestions/wisdom is always appreciated.

Here is the recipe, with my own hop bill(hops I have).
SRM: 20
OG around 1065
IBU 75-80
FG around 1015

6.5 lbs GW pale ale malt
5 lbs Munich
12 oz Crystal 40L (original recipe calls for "medium crystal"?)
8 oz Crystal 90L (original recipe calls for "dark crystal?")
1 oz black malt (original recipe call for 2 oz)

1 OZ Simcoe 13 aa@ 60
1 OZ Centennial 10 aa @30
1 OZ Cascade 7.2 aa @5
1 OZ Cascade @ Flame out

Ferment at 50 f for 14 days, 2 day diacytl rest at 64f
lager at 36 f for 1 month.

Dry hop: 10 days

1/2 oz Simcoe
1/2 oz Centennial
1/2 Ahtanum

Probably. You might try a hop tea or http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f13/hop-tea-gyle-94183/. Dry hopping at lager temps, unless during d-rest, will probably be very inefficient. Hop tea gets around that. Oh man, I can't wait for that Liberty SMaSH to clear up....

EDIT: Your plan sounds REALLY tasty, BTW.
