Default My 2nd All-Grain - Black Hole Porter

Ok, I am getting ready to do my second all-grain batch. First one went extremely well and is conditioning in the bottles now.

Here is a pic of my next planned recipe...Comments appreciated

Notes:
This is based off a recipe from Jamil Z(don't know how to spell the rest)
Hopefully I can find some EKG.
Yeast will probably be Safale S-04.
Mash: 3.6 gallons at 154
Sparge: 2 Sparges of ~2.5 gallons

This may just be my personal bias, but I say ditch the S-04 and go with the US-05. I just don't think esters and roast agree with each other.

I was thinking of using the US-05 strain instead. I guess you are right...esters and roast don't mix

Thanks for the tip
