Default My 1st Alt

Alright, so, I'm drinking the first bottle from an altbier i made and it turned out pretty good. it was a BIAB batch. I just thought I'd post the recipe because it's easy and it turned out really nice.

7lbs of 2 row
2lbs of Munich
.5lbs of crystal 120l
1oz of Mt Hood (whole leaf) 60 min (it was actually more like 1oz and an extra pinch)
.5oz of Mt Hood (whole leaf) 15 min

wyeast 1007 german ale yeast

I don't remember the gravity readings.

Anyways, there it is, I think it's a good recipe for anyone who's looking for an easy BIAB recipe. Cheers!
