After spending some time in the alpes i have come to love Mutzig.. A gorgeous but ridiculously strong beer from the strasbourg area, now brewed by heineken. sadly i cant find it anywhere in the uk so its brew time.... only one problem, i have no idea on the recipe and not enough experience to try and emulate one. If anyone has ever tried this wonderful juice and could point me even slightly in the right direction i would be eternally greatful.
