You are going for the nitro effect? I haven't tried this product, but know about it, however I don't know if there is any substitute for nitro gas. If you do try it, let us know how it turns out because it seems interesting.

From what I remember it's basically like Briess Cara-Pils, is it not?

All it will do is help head retention and creation, but I don't think it will create the normal nitrous effect on English styles.

I know it won't really be like a nitro widget, I was thinking it would be a poor-mans mousse foam substitute.

I'm gonna try it soon. Its basically DME, Corn Sugar, and heading agent all in one.
