Default Munich Dunkel Ingredients

I was going to brew Jamil's Munich Dunkel recipe, which calls for 99% Munich Dark and 1% Carafa II Special, which has been dehusked and does not impart much roasted flavors, mostly color, to the wort. The problem is that my LHBS does not carry Carafa II, just Carafa I. My question is that if I use the Carafa I instead, will I impart too much roasted flavor for the style, which is supposed to be malty without roasted characteristics? Is there a more available substitute for the Carafa II to get the darker color and not the roasted flavor?

Just use a tiny bit more to get the same color, it won't come out roasty. It's only like about 2 oz of Carafa Special II right?

I did a dunkel where I added husked Carafa the last 15 minutes of the mash. Didn't turn out too roasty at all.
