Default Munich & Biscuit?

Do I need to do a mini-mash for these or can I just steep them? Thanks!

You'll get a ton of unconverted starches if you only steep. Keep the temp at about 150 - 155, hold it there for 30-45 minutes, then rinse the grains with some 170° water, and viola - you've done a mini-mash.

I'm wanting to make the AAA recipe from my siggie... I do mini-mashes in my 2-gl cooler so I'm familiar with that, I just wanted to know if I should do one for this grain bill... thanks guys.
