I use Maris Otter or Pilsner as a base for everything. I also have a good selection of crystal, light wheat, victory, chocolate and dark munich.

For large quantities 2-row, maris otter, wheat malt and possibly pilsen.

A bag or more of 2-row, lots of wheat, Crystal 60, Munich, Pilsner, Chocolate, Black Patent and Biscuit.
