I too have thought Mosaic and Amarillo would make a nice pairing but haven't tried it as of yet.
Regarding your recipe, for my taste, I would cut down on your Crystal a bit and bump up your IBUs as 65 seems a little low for an IPA with that OG. I would also try a different high alpha hop for your bittering charge (warrior, columbus, magnum etc) and save the Mosaic for your late additions.
I would probably cut down a little on your dry hops and use those for more late additions (5, 1, 0) and possibly some whirlpool additions. This will give boost your IBUs a bit and still give you the intense aroma you are looking for.
Also, if you are looking for more body try mashing at a higher temp (156-158).
