I modified Monk's recipe for Cat's Pajama Ale because of no Centenial Hops at the LHBS and I am going to do a partial mash instead of all extract.

DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME, because I make stuff up as I go along and I am a recipe noob!

1/2 pound crystal 40
1/4 pound chocolate malt

4 pounds LME

.5 Chinook 60 min
.5 Chinook 10 min
.5 Cascade 10 min
1.0 Chinook 0
.5 Cascade 0

Mash grains in grain bag in full 3 gallon SS pot 152F for 90 minutes in the oven. Sparge with 170 to get back to 2.75 gallons. Adding extract with 15 minutes remaining
