MO Maltsers?!
So I'm due to buy some grain for next year and I think I wanna get a sack of Maris Otter. I think I've only used Crisp in the past and I've enjoyed it but does anyone have any advice on which maltser I should choose? I have the following options.

Thomas Fawcett (English) Floor Malted Maris Otter
Crisp (English) Glen Eagle Maris Otter
Crisp (English) Maris Otter Malt
Hugh Baird (English) Maris Otter

If there is something else more amazing out there I could probably find that too. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide :mug:

Thomas Fawcett's MO is great. Would definitely be my choice.

I agree! TF is the way to go for me! The floor malting makes all the difference imo. I have tried the crisp and Baird but prefer the TF!

That is great to hear I just got a bag of TF and was kind of bummed since everyone seems to say crisp is better. Looking forward to brewing with it!
