MO/Cascade SMaSH.. Dry hop?
I just brewed this for 2.5 gallons:
5 lbs Maris Otter .5 oz cascade FWH .5 oz cascade @ 15 min. 1 oz cascade @ 1 min. My mash was about 152 F. My OG was around 1.054 and I am using S-05 yeast. I have some cascade left. Should I dry hop? This is my first SMaSH and I don't want to over do the hops, but I do love hop aroma. Thanks in advance. |
I always dry hop my SMASH beers.
