Fermenting with either safale s-04 or nottingham, what do you guys think?

I'm gonna use s-04 on mine. I really love S04 on stouts and I dont get any esters from it, so I think I might start using it more often on other beers. Maybe not on cream ales, but definately on malty beers.

If i had the equipment to film it, and didnt brew naked, I would so brewcast... I just dont want to have to post it in the boneyard, ya know?
