Default Mild Autumn Night-english mild... BREWING NOW!

6 gallon batch
6 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 77.42 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 19.35 %
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 3.23 %
1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [4.50 %] (45 min) Hops 21.1 IBU

Mashing at 160* for an hour.
One hour boil.
Fermenting with either safale s-04 or nottingham, what do you guys think?

I'm gonna use s-04 on mine. I really love S04 on stouts and I dont get any esters from it, so I think I might start using it more often on other beers. Maybe not on cream ales, but definately on malty beers.

I'd go with the 04. Both will highlight the maltiness but I find 04 to be more neutral than most.

If i had the equipment to film it, and didnt brew naked, I would so brewcast... I just dont want to have to post it in the boneyard, ya know?
