OK - I have a extract recipe where I converted .7lb of Munich extract into AG but kept the LME.
PROBLEM - I FORGOT I did a steep instead of a MASH with the 1lb of Munich Grain.
SO - I figure I'll NOT get the sugar but WILL get the flavor.
Can I just add some Extra light DME to bump the gravity up a tad without adding way too much flavor??
suggestions? Leave it alone> (which is a totally viable solution)
