Default Mid Country Malt, grain statistics?

Well, I may find out in a couple days... but some of us ordered 550 pounds of malt from Mid Country up near Chi-town... thier site does not list the degrees L of the malts that they sell (unless they are crystal). When we see the sacks, will there be information regarding this on the sack?

I need to update my inventory in ProMash, want to make sure I have the correct degrees L listed.

The Country Malt Group (Mid and North) supply lot-specific malt analyses for all of the grains in the order. These analyses list the °L along with an abundance of other useful parameters.

Farking good problem to have I suppose. I think I have it pretty well squared now.

283 total pounds
21 types of malt
