Dominus Vobiscum Double : Eau de source, malt blond, malt caramel, malt spécial, sucre, houblon aromatique slovène, houblon aromatique allemand, épices, levure "ale" maison.
I'm getting local water, maybe a pilsner malt base with possibly a caramunich type and special B, some type of sugar, Slovenian hops (Stryrian goldings?), spices that tasted like anise, clove, and something else mysterious. I'd have to use maybe a unibrou yeast if I can't get the dregs.
I don't speak or read French so if anyone can help I'm looking to clone this Dubbel from them . . loved it, can't find it anymore.
