Default Michael Jackson Tribute Brew, "Thriller"

As a tribute to Michael Jackson, I thought it would be fun to brew a beer in his honor, and a Wit-Porter hybrid seems appropriate.

How do you think this would taste?

Recipe: Thriller

Batch Size: 5.50 gal
Boil Size: 7.78 gal

I don;t know how it would taste, but I bet you could make a fortune selling it in front of his home in Gary, IN.

Using "Forbidden Fruit" yeast in a beer meant to be enjoyed young is genius.

Haha, and it's the yeast used in Hoegaarden Wit, so it really is appropriate
