does anyone know of a good mexican style lager or pilsner? thanks for any replies

Never done a Mexican style myself, but I found a few on the Web. Of course, you can always brew a pale ale and stick a lime in it, if all else fails. Good luck.

Here is a really simple extract light lager brew. Set it in the sun and it is Corona.

Charlie Papazian has an AG recipe for Corona in one of his books. I brewed it AG, using corn. We tasted it out of the primary and I think its right on.

I don't think you can do a Corona as an extract beer because I don't think the extracts will go that light and dry. I might be wrong. I sure wouldn't brew it with corn sugar.
