Default Match Wyeast Belgian to Commercial Brewery

I'm a huge Belgian beer snob. Keep that hoppy Pacific NW stuff away from me. Anyway, below is the list of the belgian yeast that wyeast offers. Please help me and add the Belgian brewery who uses the associated yeast. Thanks!

1214 - Belgian Ale™
1388 - Belgian Strong Ale™
1762 - Belgian Abby Ale II™
3278 - Belgian Lambic Blend™
3463 - Forbidden Fruit™
3522 - Belgian Ardennes™
3724 - Belgian Saison™
3787 - Trappist High Gravity™
3942 - Belgian Wheat™
3944 - Belgian Witbier™

Secondary: Oude Bruin, Red Sky at Morning (Sour brown ale)
On tap: Saison Duphunk (sour), Amarillo Slim (IPA), Earl White (ginger/bergamot wit)
Bottled: Number 8 (Belgian Strong Dark Ale), Eternale (Barleywine), Ancho Villa (Ancho/pasilla/chocolate/cinnamon RIS), Oak smoked porter (1/2 maple bourbon oaked, 1/2 apple brandy oaked)
