Thoughts how? Sounds good, though you could also use Vienna to good effect with Crystal hops.

Sounds great. I'd probably go with a little lower OG but I'm on a lower ABV beer kick right now, and the crystal hops are clean and mild. An OG of 1.050 and IBUs of 35 sounds about right to me.

Me too, probably because ive been drinking a LOT of beer this summer. Im looking for the perfect malty beer with good mouthfeel in the 1.040 range... im so tired of IPAs right now
