I think this is good. My one suggestion: I don't think you need such a complex hops schedule. There's little difference between a 20 and a 15 minute addition, or a 10 and a 15--you get the idea. I'd probably do 60 minutes, 15 minutes, and flameout or whirlpool (and dry hop if you want, after taking a gravity sample). (Of course, doing it the way you've written won't be a problem; it's just a bit of a headache to measure and time all of those additions.)
You might consider a quick protein rest if clarity is a goal. Malted wheat shouldn't be too hazy, though.
