Malting Barley
 

Interesting video I saw on youtube...


I figure since we're all DIY'ers at heart, why not go all the way. I think in a couple weeks i'm going to brew myself some beer starting from the malting process.

Final goal is to grow my own grain I guess :)

my only problem is with the conclusion. Finished product? i don't think so
