Magic Hat Hocus Pocus Clone

In an effort to make spring come early I want to make a clone recipe based off Magic Hat Hocus Pocus. I really have no ideas on how to formulate recipes. I've seen it discussed, and this is the closest to a recipe I've found.

Has anyone made something similar that has a recipe they would like to share? Even if its not an exact clone, I don't really care.

FYI I'm only brewing extract currently, but I may be able to figure out how to convert to AG.

I used to belong to a Brew Club that had annual meetings at Magic Hat. The last one I attended was about three years ago. At that time their house yeast was Ringwood Ale. The head brewer also stated they used Columbus hops exclusively.
