Recipes 

There are only a few things I know to look for here, the rest is Greek to me. From what I can tell (and tasting our water confirms this), Louisville water is pretty good. Any thoughts are appreciated!

I hate to say it, but this report tells you almost nothing that you need to know for brewing that I can see. The best resource that I've read for basic water chemistry is How to Brew by John Palmer.

I am a pretty good resource....

Louisville Water produces fantastic beer, but something that reacts with hops makes my IIPA's come out with a band aid flavor only detectable to those with a high hop tolerance. (unfortunately ME)

Don't know what that will tell you, but it has happened now 3 times out of my 70 brews ONLY on my 3 hoppiest brews.
