Hey everyone. Been home brewing for about two years now but, have a unique circumstance. Need a good extract chocolate stout recipe that I can boil and ferment as quickly as possible. Though it is not the preferred method I am looking to brew this week and bottle prior to my flight a few days prior to Christmas. My intent is to bring a few bottles to my in-laws over the holidays. Problem is I am way late doing brewing this batch. I think I can still get it done.
This brew will only ferment in the bucket and I will look to bottle as soon as fermentation is complete (no second stage or additions).
Any tried and true extract recipes anyone can provide? Looking to head to the home brew store for ingredients in the morning.
