Hey everyone....So this will be my third homebrew. My first was an american ale which is currently carbing and conditioning in bottles. My second was an american wheat which in the primary. I would like to buy the ingrediants for my next beer tomorrow so I have them ready to brew in a week or two. I want to do something with a little higher OG (maybe in the 1.060 to 1.070 range) and with some body to it. For the life of me I cant figure out what I want to do. I dont do AG, just extract and specialty grains. I also dont have a fridge to ferment in so im limited to ales. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance!
