If it's close to this it is.

Check out Farmhousebrewingsupply.com. He's got a running thread in the vendor forum also for his Pliney hop pack. He's usually in and out of stock with them.

+1. I brewed that recipe and it was fabulous. I've only had true Pliney once, and it was a month old, so I can't say I "cloned it", but I know I brewed an incredible version of it! Definitely go with the recipe EllisTX linked. You can't go wrong.

More beers extract recipe is selling for 50$, I'm an all grain brewer and looking for an all grain recipe. Hard to spend that kind of money to look at a recipe.

Ok I checked out the recipe it it looks great but maybe i'm a little stumped by one of the hop variations. Can someone help me figure out what CTZ is?

CTZ refers to Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus hops. They're grown by 3 different farms and each independently "found" the variety, which is why there's three different names. If you can find any of the three, go ahead and use them for the CTZ hops. Also, send Farmhouse Brewing Supply a msg and ask if his Pliney Pack may be back in stock sometime soon. That'll cut your hop costs down considerably. Very good source for ingredients and equipment.

Vinnie actually put his recipe out there for all to see in a format that you can use to scale a 5 gallon batch. I have it in .pdf but it's apparently too big to upload. I'm sure you can find it if you look around a little bit. It might even be on the Russian River website?
