I have around 9 oz. of Cascade pellets and 12 oz. of Centennial whole hops. These have been tempting me to brew up an IPA or IIPA for quite some time so I think this weekend might have to be it (carboy just became available). I'm calling for all recipes that utilize these hops to the max....but also taste great. Help me out fellas (or ladies)!

What timing - we just opened the first few bottles of this recipe, it is delicious. We mashed high on purpose to keep a sweeter backbone (not overly sweet at all though).

These all look great thanks for the reply! I think I'll just pick straws and go with the shortest straw.
